"Super easy to use"
I found what I needed quickly, no digging around forever. The pages loaded just fine, and checkout was simple enough, nothing confusing or annoying.

"Account is fine, but the waiting was annoying"
My account hasn’t been banned or anything, so that’s a relief, but I was nervous the whole time. The worst part was sitting around waiting in the queue, which felt way longer than it should’ve. Everything turned out okay in the end, but I wouldn’t say I felt totally relaxed using it

"Support replied fast and sorted it out"
I reached out to support and they got back to me way quicker than I expected. the issue was probably on me for missing a step, but they didn’t make me feel dumb about it and fixed everything without turning it into a whole ordeal. Happy with the experience.

I ended up having to cancel my order and request a refund, and it went a lot smoother than I thought it would. Support got back to me quickly, there wasn’t any back-and-forth hassle, and the money showed up a few days later. Compared to some other companies I’ve dealt with where refunds feel like pulling teeth, this was actually painless. I’m happy with how they handled it

"Live chat sorted it out quick"
I had a small issue with my order, so I tried the live chat. The guy got back to me fast and, uh, actually checked everything without making it a whole complicated thing. I got clear updates and didn’t feel like I was just sitting around waiting forever. Overall, really nice support and it definitely helped since I was a bit worried.
